1.Why is this site called the Palouse Resource Guide and not the Community Compass?
  

This web site is an on-line collaboration of the Community Compass Resource Guide (Latah County) and the Community Resource Directory (Whitman County). This on-line directory has listings for all of the Palouse.

 

2.How do I become a member service provider and have my organization's information posted on the website?
  

It is free to become a member service provider of the Palouse Resource Guide. Simply go to Member Login, go to the new member page and fill out all relevant information. Be sure to write down your username and password so that you can update your listing.

 

3.What do I do if I have forgotten my username or password?
  

Email us at ycf@ycfprograms.org and tell us your name and the name of your organization and we will email you with the information.

 

4.How can I get a printed version of the resource guide?
  

The Palouse Resource Guide is not printed, but both the Community Compass Resource Guide and the Community Resource Directory are. To get your free copy of the Community Compass call (208) 883-6454 or email ycf@ycfprograms.org. To get your free copy of the Community Resource Directory call (509)334-4555 or email library@neill-lib.org.

 

5.Do I have to be a member service provider to add an item to the calendar?
  

No, anyone can post an event on the calendar as long as it is appropriate.

 

6.How can I make a comment about the website?
  

Go to the Feedback page and tell us what you think of the site. Any and all comments are appreciated.

 

7.How do I have my website added to the Community Links page?
  

Email us at ycf@ycfprograms.org with your address and we will view the site and deem if it is appropriate to be listed.
